Over the past year, I assisted Professor Yung Kin Lam (Education University of Hong Kong) in conducting an fNIRS study comparing executive control functioning in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and neurotypical children.

Managed the experimental process, including recruiting over 120 participants, fitting fNIRS caps, and troubleshooting signal quality to ensure data reliability.

Guided participants through cognitive tasks while monitoring brain activity, and subsequently, contributed to data analysis phase (ongoing).
